Firm Overview Peterson Engineering, Inc. was founded by Donn N. Peterson, P.E. in 1971 to provide consulting engineering services to attorneys, claims adjusters, consultants, and consumers on issues that may become subjects of litigation. We serve plaintiffs, defendants, and subrogation parties. Mr. Peterson is a registered professional engineer in Ohio, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. He is a Board Certified Diplomate by the International Institute of Forensic Engineering Sciences (IIFES). He has BSME and MSME degrees and he has certificates of completion for the General Electric Company Advanced Engineering, A,B,and C-Courses. He has been featured as a speaker and program presenter for several professional, technical, civic, and educational groups. He has published papers in the Journal of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE). Mr. Peterson has long been active in professional societies and is a past chairman of several. He is listed in Who's Who in Engineering and Science. He has given expert witness testimony in Federal Courts, State Courts, Local Courts, Arbitration Hearings, and in depositions.
